  1. 1

    Prepare the Components

Take Component A and Component B. Shake both components well before opening to ensure proper consistency.

  2. 2

    Initial Mixing

Pour both components into a 10-litre capacity bucket. Using a putty stirrer or a low-speed drill (250–550 rpm), mix Components A and B for approximately 30–60 seconds until uniformly blended in colour and viscosity.

  3. 3

    Add Component C

Gradually add Component C to the mixed A and B components. Mix for approximately 1.5 minutes until the mixture is uniform and homogeneous.

  4. 4

    Full Mixing Requirement

Ensure all three components are mixed thoroughly. Part mixing is not recommended as it may compromise the quality of the product.

  5. 5

    Ready to Use

The mixture is now ready for use. Pot life of the mixed material is 30 minutes — use within this time frame to avoid workability issues.

  1. 1

    Surface Preparation

Concrete must be at least 28 days old. Surface must be sound, clean, dry or matt damp, and free from ice, standing water, oil, grease, coatings, laitance, efflorescence, and loose material.

  2. 2

    Edge Cutting

Properly groove the edges of the pothole using a concrete cutter. Depth is determined by the severity and depth of damage to ensure a clean, well-defined repair area.

  3. 3

    Removal of Loose Material

Use a concrete breaker to remove any loose or damaged material. Clear all debris manually or with appropriate tools so no remnants remain inside the repair area.

  4. 4

    Dust Extraction

Use a vacuum pump to remove all fine dust particles from the prepared surface, ensuring a clean substrate for effective adhesion and durable repair.

  5. 5

    Pouring & Finishing

Pour the mixed EFCR directly into the prepared pothole. No vibration is needed — the product is self-levelling. Use a Palti Patra or trowel to smoothen the surface. No curing compound required. Recommended pouring depth is 1.5 inches. For depths exceeding 1.5 inches, fill with aggregates first, leaving the top 1.5 inches for EFCR.
