Application
ARMOUR 2K can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray. No thinning is required, Ready for application after mixing (No Dilution in system). Apply in ambient temperature between 10 °C and 40 °C with relative humidity below 85%. Do not apply on wet surfaces or when rain is expected within 4 hours.
Minimum 2 coats recommended for all industrial environments.

Surface Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly — remove rust, oil, grease, dust, and loose particles. Abrade to Sa 2.5 (blast) or St 3 (hand tool). Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.

Application Method
Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray. For best results on porous surfaces, apply a thin first coat and allow to flash off before applying the second coat.

First Coat
Apply ARMOUR 2K uniformly at 100 microns DFT. Touch dry in 1 hour at 25 °C. Allow minimum 4 hours before applying subsequent coats.

Second Coat
Apply second coat at the same DFT. Ensure full coverage with no pinholes or holidays. Allow 4 Hours for full chemical cure before exposing to aggressive media.
