CRP - Concrete Reinforcement Putty
Prepackaged nano particle, free flowing & pourable concrete repair putty
CRP- Concrete Reinforcement Putty is a prepackaged nano particle, free flowing and pourable mortar. Modified with high solid special particle, this material exhibits excellent bond with concrete, adds strength and chemical resistance. It protects exposed reinforced concrete structures from acidic gas attack and chloride ions. Suitable for both existing and new concrete — with traffic possible within 3 hours of application.
- Minimum curing time — traffic starts at 3 hours
- Prepacked system — easily mixed at site
- Self-levelling, non-toxic, user friendly
- High flexural strength with extraordinary adhesion

Product Details
All products are manufactured under a Quality Management System for Design, Manufacturing and Selling of Construction Chemicals as per the standards of ISO 9001:2015.
Application
- 1
Mixing
Mix Component A (Bucket 5.5 kg) with Component B (750 gm + 750 gm) using a stirrer or mixer. Stir for a minimum of 3 minutes to get a uniform, lump-free, brushable, and slurry consistency.
- 2
Place Immediately
Place the mixed material immediately after mixing. Pour it into the crack and ensure the level is equal to the concrete floor — the product is self-levelling.
- 1
Dust-Free Surface Preparation
Free the surface of all foreign matter, dirt, dust, paint, oil, and grease using a dust-free grinder and vacuum system to clean prior coatings and compounds from the substrate. Chisel out and repair any faulty concrete such as cracks and honeycombing. Make key-type slots in the concrete floor — cutting in square slots gives an aesthetic finish.
- 2
Mixing
Mix Component A (5.5 kg bucket) with Component B (750 gm + 750 gm can) using a stirrer or mixer. Stir for a minimum of 3 minutes until you achieve a uniform, lump-free, brushable slurry consistency.
- 3
Application
Pour the mixed CRP into the crack immediately after mixing. As the product is self-levelling, it will settle to the level of the surrounding concrete floor. Use a Palti Patra to maintain and check the level. Curing time is 2 hours. Load traffic can start at 4 hours.
Frequently Asked Questions
CRP is a pre-mixed, self-leveling, polymer-modified repair compound for fixing cracks, wear, and damage. It restores concrete strength while resisting impact and thermal shock and is ready for traffic in just 4 hours!
Prepare the crack, mix CRP Part A and B, and pour directly into the defect. CRP seeps, self-levels, and bonds aggressively to the base concrete. Unlike sealers or powders that may shrink or delaminate, CRP's nano-reinforced formula completely seals and strengthens the concrete from the inside out.
When concrete deteriorates or crumbles, CRP repairs and strengthens it. With high flexural and compressive strength, CRP reconstructs the surface better than before, improving its density. It is ready for load or pedestrian traffic in just 3 hours — no water curing required!
Concrete Reinforcement Putty (CRP) is designed to strengthen, seal, and protect concrete surfaces. It repairs cracks, smooths uneven surfaces, and forms a tight, protective layer against moisture, acids, and chlorides. Acting like a protective skin, CRP makes old or weak concrete stronger, smoother, and longer-lasting.
