Mr. Aslam Logade
Founder & Director
Early Life
Born on 24 August 1981 in Khopoli, Maharashtra, Aslam grew up in a humble family. From the age of 9, he supported the household by selling vegetables door-to-door, a routine that built his discipline and determination.
Education
He completed his Diploma and Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering and later pursued management studies at XLRI (formerly AICAR Business School). During this time, he was selected to represent India in international Thermocol Recycling projects.
Professional Start
Aslam began his career with Nerolac Paints and Asian Paints, gaining strong technical expertise in coatings, chemicals, and industrial applications.
Entrepreneurship
His first venture, Enviro Clean (2008), taught him resilience and adaptability. Despite setbacks, he continued his entrepreneurial journey with even stronger focus and intent.
The Company's Beginning
In 2014, Aslam founded Zara Personal Care, which later expanded into industrial repair and protective solutions, and evolved as Zara Globe Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

With experience and clarity, Aslam founded Zara Globe Solutions Pvt. Ltd., delivering high-performance concrete repair materials, chemical-resistant coatings, and industrial protection systems under the brand MELIKA.
Today, the company serves industries such as steel, power, chemical, fertilizer, oil & gas, and infrastructure.
