Application
Armour 2K Floor Paint can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray. No thinning is required. Apply in ambient temperature between 10 °C and 40 °C with relative humidity below 85 %. Do not apply on wet surfaces or when rain is expected within 4 hours.
Minimum 2 coats recommended for all industrial environments.

Surface Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly — remove rust, oil, grease, dust, and loose particles. Abrade to Sa 2.5 (blast) or St 3 (hand tool). Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.

Application Method
Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray. For best results on porous surfaces, apply a thin first coat and allow to flash off before applying the second coat.

First Coat
Apply Armour 2K Floor Paint uniformly at 100 microns DFT. Touch dry in 1 hour at 25 °C. Allow minimum 4 hours before applying subsequent coats.

Second Coat
Apply second coat at the same DFT. Ensure full coverage with no pinholes or holidays. Allow 6 Hours for full chemical cure before exposing to aggressive media.
