Anti Static Paint & Coating
Prepackaged nano-particle ESD coating — Surface Resistivity 10⁶ – 10⁹ Ω — Self-levelling & Non-toxic
Anti-Static is a prepackaged nano particle, free flowing and pourable ESD coating. Modified with high solid special particles, it exhibits excellent bond with concrete and adds strength along with chemical resistance. It protects exposed reinforced concrete structures from acidic gas attack and chloride ion ingress. Available as both a solvent-based paint and a self-levelling antistatic epoxy flooring system for industrial and ESD-sensitive environments.
- Prepacked system — easily mixed at site, no specialist equipment needed
- Surface Resistivity: 10⁶ – 10⁹ Ω (ESD safe dissipative range)
- Self-levelling, non-toxic and user-friendly formulation
- Minimum curing time — load traffic starts at 4 hours
- High strength: resistant to physical and thermal shocks
- High flexural strength and extraordinary adhesion to concrete
Color Range
Due to anti-static properties, custom colours may be a shade or two lighter or darker than the actual colour.

Health Hazards: No particular hazard known. If the product spills on to the skin and dries up, some irritation may occur.
Skin Contact: Immediately wash thoroughly with soap and water.
Inhalation: Remove to open air. Seek medical attention.
Contact with Eyes: Immediately wash under running water with eyelids open for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention.
Ingestion: Rinse mouth thoroughly and drink plenty of water. Seek medical attention.
Accidental Release: Clean small spillages immediately with water. Dispose waste water/absorbent material in accordance with local regulations.
Application
- 1
Dust Free Surface Preparation
Free the surface to be coated of all foreign matter — dirt, dust, paint, oil and grease — using a dust-free grinder and vacuum system which cleans prior coatings and compounds from substrate. Chisel out, repair and make good any faulty concrete in the form of cracks and honeycombing. Make key type slots in the concrete floor. Cut concrete in square slots for an aesthetic look.
- 2
Mixing
Mix Component A (5.5 kg Bucket) with Component B (750 gm + 750 gm Can) using a stirrer or mixer. Stir for a minimum of 3 minutes to get a uniform, lump-free, brushable slurry consistency. Place the mixed material immediately after preparation.

Antistatic Epoxy Flooring System
Step 1: Inspect flooring. Step 2: Level the flooring. Step 3: Apply primer coat. Step 4: Apply conductive coating. Step 5: Fix copper strip at distance of 1 SqM in a grid form. Step 6: Apply antistatic coating (self-levelling). Total system thickness: 2.5 ± 0.3 mm.

Procedure for Usage
Use Palti Patra to maintain level. Pour the mixed material into cracks and ensure level is equal to the concrete floor — the material is self-levelling. Curing time for coating is 2 hours. Load traffic can start at 4 hours after application.
