Application

ARMOUR SB can be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray. No thinning is required. Apply in ambient temperature between 10 °C and 40 °C with relative humidity below 85%. Do not apply on wet surfaces or when rain is expected within 4 hours.

Minimum 2 coats recommended for all industrial environments.

    Surface Preparation

    Clean the surface thoroughly — remove rust, oil, grease, dust, and loose particles. Ensure surface is dry and free from contamination.

    Application Method

    Apply by brush, roller, or airless spray. For best results on porous surfaces, apply a thin first coat and allow to flash off before applying the second coat.

    First Coat

    Apply ARMOUR SB uniformly at 40–60 microns DFT. Touch dry in 15 minutes.

    Second Coat

    Apply second coat after 1 hourat the same DFT. Ensure full coverage with no pinholes or holidays. Allow 24 hours for full chemical cure before exposing to aggressive media.
