Dielectric Insulation Paint & Coating
Two-variant solvent-free insulation system — 5 kV (Paint) & 15.3 kV (Coating) — ERDA Certified
Insulation Paint
160–600 micron DFT — >5 kV
Insulation Coating
1.5–4.0 mm DFT — >15.3 kV
A high-performance solvent-free dielectric insulation system available in two variants: Insulation Paint (160–600 micron DFT, >5 kV) and Insulation Coating (1.5–4.0 mm DFT, >15.3 kV). Single component with no pot life, cure time as low as 10 minutes at ambient. Directly applicable to carbon steel, galvanized surfaces, or any primer paint. Designed for safe insulating properties in superconducting medium environments.
- Insulation Paint: >5 kV dielectric strength at 160 micron DFT
- Insulation Coating: >15.3 kV dielectric strength at 1.6 mm DFT
- Solvent free — no volatile compounds, zero evaporation loss
- Single component — no pot life, cure time ≥10 minutes at ambient
- Directly applicable on carbon steel, galvanized coating, or primer
- Shelf life >3 years — store at 0–30°C away from direct sunlight
